Accounts Receivable with Inventory

The AccuFund Accounts Receivable with Inventory component provides an organization
with extensive invoice capabilities for four types of revenue recognition:
- Inventory based invoices for orders shipped
- Service invoices with standard costs such as for consulting, day care or other professional services
- Third party billing where a customer is billed for services provided to a client with a listing of the clients and services provided
- Miscellaneous invoices such as for grants
Features include:
- User definable invoice forms
- Open item billing and cash receipts
- Linkage with inventory for cost of goods sold and inventory accounting
- Quick print function for one-off invoices

Accounting System Linkages
The Accounts Receivable with Inventory component is integrated with the AccuFund Suite. It may be utilized as an add-on to other accounting products such as FundWare (from Kintera Fundware) and MIP Accounting Software (Sage Software). Integration is provided with general ledger postings for encumbrance tracking and creation of invoices for received goods.
