New Training Dates for AccuFund Onsite & Hosted Customers

We are pleased to be offering additional training for AccuFund Onsite and Hosted customers in 2024.

These sessions are web-based training programs for new AccuFund users or current users with no formal training. All courses include a lecture and then live labs to perform the actions just covered. Each day is scheduled for five hours (10:00 AM MT to 3:00 PM MT).

Register for one or more days with a discount offered for attending all four. Registrants will receive login information and a link to materials 2 weeks prior to the training.

New User Training
Monday, September 9, 2024
Session provides an overview of the AccuFund paradigm; how to navigate screens, run reports and generally move around the system. Chart of Accounts, Journal Entries, Banks & Cash Receipts.

Payroll Training
Tuesday, September 10, 2024
Session provides basic Payroll setup and configuration, employee setup and maintenance, time entry and check processing. The session will NOT cover any Employee Web Portal components.

Financial Report Writer Training
Wednesday & Thursday, September 11 & 12, 2024. This session is 2 days.
The Financial Report Writer class covers the essentials of financial reporting, including Statements of Financial Position and Activities, and includes introduction to the use of classifications for reporting.
