Virtual Training Sessions for AccuFund Onsite & Hosted Customers
AccuFund is excited to announce new virtual training for Onsite & Hosted customers. The courses are web-based training programs for new and current Onsite & Hosted users. All classes include a lecture and then live-labs to perform the tasks covered. Each day is scheduled for five hours (10:00 AM to 3:00 PM MDT). Register for one or more classes, with a discount offered for attending all three courses. Registrants will receive login information prior to the training. Registration deadline is April 28, 2025.
New User Training
Monday, May 5, 2025
This virtual session provides an overview of AccuFund; how to navigate screens, views, run reports and move around the system. The following topics will also be covered; Accounts, Journal Entries, Banks and Cash Receipts. $199 per person.
Payroll Training
Tuesday, May 6, 2025
This virtual session reviews basic payroll setup and configuration, employee setup and maintenance, time entry and check processing. Note: This session does NOT cover any employee web portal components. $199 per person.
Financial Report Writer Training
Wednesday and Thursday, May 7 & 8, 2025
This virtual session covers the essentials of financial reporting, including financial statements, periodic activities and an introduction to the use of report classifications. - This is a 2-day class. $299 per person.

Our FREE 'What's Trending' session will focus on Classifications for AccuFund’s Onsite, Hosted, & Anywhere customers.
Classifications are a cornerstone of the AccuFund General Ledger, empowering you to efficiently group similar or diverse accounts to meet a wide range of organizational needs. Whether you’re preparing Financial Reports, developing Budgets, or automating complex Allocations, classifications provide the flexibility and precision essential for streamlined financial management.
During these FREE, 60 minute client trainings we will:
- Create Financial Report Rows grouping line items with subtotals,
- Filter Financial Report Columns - e.g. total government funds or total restricted funds,
- Create rows and subtotaling for Budget Worksheets, and
- Restrict or filter accounts for allocations or automations.
